started a book club with my fellow graduate school classmates. (you’re no doubt wondering, “what cockamamie graduate program are you a part of that allows you time for pleasure reading?” don’t worry: we gave ourselves 3 months for each book.) mine was the first choice and i picked “the girl with the dragon tattoo”. salander is my favorite and most complex character that i’ve come across in a long time. its been fun chatting about it and getting each individual reaction as another friend reaches the high points. i immediately went from the last page of “dragon tattoo” to the first of “the girl who played with fire”….. i’m holding off starting the last installment for a few more weeks because i don’t want the series to be over! :[ so, so good!
